Artel’s specialized Network Operations and Security Center provides network management, engineering and information/cyber security services that safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of infrastructures and critical data. Our highly skilled, experienced and cleared network engineers, technicians and program/project management professionals offer 24/7/365 network monitoring and control, help desk services and up to Tier 3 support.

We leverage ITIL® best practices and utilize sophisticated reporting tools to track compliance with all customer-specific SLA requirements. Customer network monitoring and real-time viewing of recorded performance metrics are provided via Artel’s customer portal.
