HERNDON, VA, April 2021 — Artel, LLC (Artel) successfully passed an ISO 9001:2015 external recertification audit of its Quality Management System (QMS). In order to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification, companies must implement and maintain a QMS that demonstrates the ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and that enhances customer satisfaction through continuous improvement to its processes and procedures. ABS Quality Evaluations, which performed the 2021 audit, found no nonconformities and offered no opportunities for improvement across all Artel business units. This is Artel’s seventh consecutive audit with no nonconformities.
