Artel, LLC (Artel) was awarded a prime contractor position on the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The performance-based services contract has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period and is focused on meeting ACC-APG customers’ Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)-related needs.

Contract Vehicle for Secure Telecommunication Services
Artel, LLC, has been awarded a prime contract with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to support defense-related national security telecommunications requirements for the Global Network Services (GNS) contract. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, which has a value of $4.3 billion dollars, calls for telecommunication network solutions and services supporting the Defense Information System Network (DISN) enterprise-level infrastructure in order to provide DISA’s diverse mission partners with secure communications capabilities. Artel is one of only eight prime awardees for the GNS contract.

CS3: Complex COMSATCOM Solutions Contract Vehicle
Artel, LLC, has been awarded a prime contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) to support unique commercial satellite communications (COMSATCOM) needs for the Complex Commercial SATCOM Solutions (CS3) contract vehicle, which has a $2.5 billion dollar ceiling value over its 10-year life cycle. CS3 will support GSA’s diverse mission partners, including the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), that require agile and secure satellite communications capabilities across the globe.
The CS3 program scope encompasses satellite bandwidth, equipment and engineering support for interactive networks, broadcast services, network diversity, continuity of operations, disaster recovery communications, and communications-on-the-move solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) applications. Artel offers end-to-end satellite solutions that include design, development, integration, network management, engineering, and full life-cycle support.
