Contract Focuses on Supporting Federal Agency C4ISR Missions

HERNDON, VA, July 15, 2019 — The Army Contracting Command–Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has awarded Artel, LLC (Artel) a prime contractor position on the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The performance-based services contract has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period and is focused on meeting ACC-APG customers’ Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)-related needs.

ACC-APG is the RS3 Program Office. In addition to ACC-APG customers, the contract will support other Army Program Executive Offices, other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other federal agencies. “Artel has the expertise and knowledge to provide customized, best-value solutions to help DoD and other customers achieve their C4ISR-related missions,” said Paul Domorski, Chief Executive Officer of Artel.

Artel has experience satisfying a wide range of C4ISR-related needs for a variety of customers—including the Defense Information Systems Agency, U.S. Central Command/U.S. Air Forces Central Command, and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
