Designed for operational flexibility, SurgeNet is offered as a month-to-month service plan, with unlimited usage and no minimum service commitments.

  • Seamless Worldwide Mobility – Inmarsat’s global Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Uplink Network, along with Artel’s global MPLS, enable connectivity across the globe
  • 24x7x365 Support – Along with completely intuitive user dashboards, SurgeNet is backed by a continually operational Network Operations Center that delivers real-time performance monitoring and round-the-clock support

SurgeNet offers easy installation with multiple mounting options (building, ISO, or standalone).

  • High-capacity Payload – SurgeNet provides 89 spot beams per satellite with up to 72 active beams, lowering latency, reducing costs, and expediting delivery
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs) – SurgeNet service level availability is 99.5% globally, with Committed Information Rates and 65N to 65S Latitude
  • DIA Connectivity – Pricing includes DIA connectivity from any of three data centers (USA: Ashburn, VA; Europe: Amsterdam; Pacific: Auckland)
